CANCUN BEACHFRONT PENTHOUSE CONDO FOR RENT

Rental prices are as follows:

April 1 - November 30.........$1400 per week (2OO.OO per day)

December 1- 12.................$1750.00 per week (250.00 per day)

December 13 - January 10.....$2100.00 per week (Christmas and New Year Season)

January 11 - March 31..........$1400.00 per week (200.00 per day)

*Extra days over seven, add $200.00 per day.  Second full week rental will be $200.00 less than amount of first weeks' rental.

**Availability is good since we are just starting to rent this unit.  Book early to be sure you get the time you desire.

**Minimum rental is 4 days if scheduling allows.

**We will work with you on arrival and departure times as much as possible.

**We prefer no children under 7 due to the many balconies and open door access to them.

** Since this is a condo, not a hotel room, cleaning services will be before and after your stay.  If you desire maid service during the week, contact the desk and ask for Lucy who is our contracted maid to clean the unit at your expense (approximately $35.00 per time)

      We are Bob and Pam Rosen and we live in St. Louis Missouri.  We own another unit in the Girasol - Planta Baja Ocho- on the first floor to use for ourselves and rent Casa Alicia by the week or longer. We have been staying in the Girasol for 20 years and love the people there and the location!

                       Many of the very friendly personnel speak English and can help you locate the best attractions in and outside Cancun such as the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza and Tulum, arrange trips to Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, Xcaret, Xel Ha, Merida and others.  Cancun is a beautiful resort with an endless list of things to see and do.  In a week or two you'll just touch the tip of the iceberg, so to speak, and be planning your next trip back there as you walk out the door.

   Taxis are as readily available in Cancun as they are in New York city...car rentals are very cheap and busses run every few minutes to take you where you want to go. 

    And for those who are getting away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the tropics, we have the perfect place.  The beach and pools are never crowded and some people choose to stay at "home" and just relax. 

     There are numerous good restaurants within a block of the Girasol or you may choose to cook your own meals and go to the market for groceries - either a small store a half a mile away or Walmart, Sams or Costco in town.  Cooking in a kitchen overlooking the turquoise Caribbean isn't at all like cooking at home.  We would love to have you choose Casa Alicia as your place to stay in Cancun and will do everything we can to make your visit totally enjoyable !
